Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities and RV resorts in top shape. You will perform hands-on repairs, conduct seasonal upkeep, and support a team to ensure safe, well-maintained spaces for residents.

Ideal candidates have practical maintenance, plumbing, landscaping, and pool care knowledge, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to handle on-call assignments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks: appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Lead seasonal maintenance: lawn care, pest control, snow removal, pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in good condition.
• Handle community repairs such as roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
