Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our outdoor-focused team. You will perform a variety of upkeep tasks, from appliance repair and HVAC to plumbing, electrical work, water/sewer systems, and seasonal maintenance to keep our communities safe and welcoming.

You'll handle on-call assignments as needed, work with a collaborative crew, and take pride in maintaining well-running properties that improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems and environmental services.
• Lead seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal and pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in good working order.
