Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our manufactured housing communities. You’ll perform appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer work, and seasonal maintenance to keep spaces safe and well‑maintained for residents.

You’ll be part of a team focused on quality service, outdoor upkeep, and timely repairs, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance and pool care.
• Valid driver’s license in your state.
• Flexibility to handle on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems.
• Seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in good working condition.
• Handle community repairs like fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
