Job summary

Inspire Communities seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities in top shape and safe for residents. You will perform hands-on repairs, handle seasonal upkeep, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming, quality living environment.

You'll work with a supportive team and tackle appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical tasks, and keep equipment and vehicles in good condition. A valid driver’s license and on-call flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• Valid driver's license in resident state.
• Flexibility for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Take charge of seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in excellent working condition.
• Handle community repairs such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
