Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufactured housing communities in top shape. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from appliance repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services, ensuring safety and quality for residents.

You will lead seasonal upkeep such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations, and maintain equipment including trucks and lawnmowers.

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance experience with repairs and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
Valid driver’s license for state of residence.
Flexibility to handle on-call assignments when needed.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks across appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
Lead seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
Keep equipment, company trucks, and lawnmowers in good working order.
Handle community repairs including roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
