Job summary
Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufactured housing communities in top shape. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and making spaces safe and well-maintained, we want you on our team.
You will perform appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer, and environmental services, plus seasonal lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations, contributing to residents' quality of life.
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, pool care, and equipment maintenance.
- Valid driver's license in your state.
- Willingness to handle on-call assignments.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
- Lead seasonal maintenance such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
- Keep equipment and tools, company trucks, and lawnmowers in good working order.
- Handle community repairs like roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
