gpac LLC. is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a Vernon County, WI manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on, multi-craft role supporting a 24/7 production environment, keeping production, packaging, automation, and utility systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience required; food & beverage experience strongly preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and automated packaging equipment.
• Hands-on experience maintaining pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers.
• Familiarity with instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary process systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration, boilers, or wastewater systems is a plus.
• Strong preventive maintenance and continuous improvement mindset.
• Commitment to food safety and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility.
• Maintain highly automated production and packaging systems.
• Diagnose issues involving PLCs, VFDs, motors, controls, and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain pumps, conveyors, separators, and pasteurizers.
• Support instrumentation, calibration, and sanitary processing systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and electrical drawings.
• Assist with plant utility systems and equipment.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant production environment.
• Partner with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and equipment reliability.

Maintenance Technician

Location: South Western, Wisconsin

Hourly: $26 - $33 HR + Overtime + Healthcare without co-pays!

About The Opportunity

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing facility in Vernon County, WI.

This is a hands-on, multi-craft maintenance role supporting a 24/7 production environment. You'll play a critical role in keeping production, packaging, automation, and utility systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically and electrically skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, working with advanced automation, and making a direct impact on production uptime.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility

What We're Looking For

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Manufacturing maintenance experience required; food & beverage experience strongly preferred
