Waypoint Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and maintain a premier apartment community. You will perform a range of building maintenance tasks, diagnose and repair service issues, and ensure units are ready for move-in while upholding safety standards on site.

We emphasize on-call availability, proactive maintenance, and strong customer service to deliver best-in-class living experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• High school education and related work experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• EPA Section 608 certification types I and II required.
• CPO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the apartment community and day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Diagnose service problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust as needed.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and presentable; review with contractors.
