Job summary

Bell Partners Inc seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior maintenance duties across our Austin communities. You will respond to repair requests, perform scheduled maintenance, and work with contractors while upholding safety standards.

The role requires customer service, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and availability including evenings or weekends. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and respond to repair requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance across the community.
• Respond to resident repair requests and address maintenance concerns promptly.
• Inspect and rehabilitate equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and vendors for scheduled work.
• Maintain safety and OSHA-compliant practices in all tasks.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized and report hazards.
• Attend in-service trainings and keep skills up to date.
• Maintain resident privacy and respect when entering apartments.
