We value dependable, safety-conscious professionals with at least 1 year of maintenance experience, including plumbing or electrical knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing or electrical knowledge.
• Dependable with valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Resident-focused with commitment to customer service and quality repairs.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders: use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage Unit Turns: prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies: respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain High Standards: keep communities in top shape and document work properly.
• Stay Certified: maintain any required certifications for the role.
