Wallick Communities in Covington, KY is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our 100% employee-owned company. You’ll complete work orders, manage unit turns, respond to emergencies, and maintain high standards across our communities.

We value dependable professionals with at least 1 year of maintenance experience, plumbing or electrical know-how, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Dependability: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.
• Resident-Focused: Commitment to quality repairs and clear communication with residents.
• Efficiency and Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Work Orders: Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
• Manage Unit Turns: Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
• Handle Emergencies: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
• Maintain High Standards: Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
• Stay Certified: Maintain any required certifications for the role.
