Job summary

OneWall Communities is seeking an experienced Service Technician to manage day-to-day maintenance operations at our community, including general repairs, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, and grounds upkeep. You will also handle make-ready renovations and ensure timely responses to service requests.

The role requires HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work evenings, weekends, or on-call.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; HVAC experience preferred.
• HVAC certification required.
• 1 year general maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer relations experience.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or on-call when necessary.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform essential job functions, including resident communication, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions (required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
• Ensure the completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
• Maintain and repair buildings’ plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts.
• Assist with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies; exercise safety when moving heavy items.
