Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure that the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality standards. The role performs technical and mechanical tasks on-site to uphold property quality and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspections, and preparing vacant apartments, while managing inventory and supporting safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in buildings and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders.
• Safely operate tools and follow safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate vendors.
• EPA refrigerant certification required or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Completing work orders for resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Conducting inspections to ensure quality and address property needs.
• Preparing vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
• Assisting in grounds upkeep.
• Supporting cost-cutting efforts.
• Participating in safety protocols.
• This position will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability.
