Burkentine Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs while preparing units for move-in and maintaining property grounds and safety. The role includes on-call shifts for after-hours emergencies and weekend/evening work.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in building maintenance, and HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related trades.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair knowledge.
• HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• On-call rotation availability and ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with turnover repairs and improvements.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Maintain building safety and appearance through upkeep, snow removal and grounds care.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends/evenings and be on call for after-hours emergencies, including snow removal.
