Job summary

Ideal candidates combine maintenance experience or trades education with strong communication and a service mindset, and are willing to join an on-call rotation. A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Experience in building maintenance or trades education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance issues including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Manage on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Ensure safety and reliability of building systems.
