Job summary

Burkentine Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, while ensuring the property remains safe and well-kept for residents.

You will prepare vacant apartments for move-ins, handle on-call emergencies, and provide excellent customer service. Night/weekend hours may be required; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Formal or informal training in building maintenance or trades.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.
• Availability for on-call emergencies and after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in with turnover repairs.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Maintain building/safety including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies, including weekends.
