Bryten in Castle Pines, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a range of building and facility upkeep tasks. You will handle repairs, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance to keep units rent-ready and operating smoothly.

On-call duties, non-traditional schedules including evenings and weekends, and strict safety standards apply. A high school diploma plus 1+ year maintenance experience is preferred; licensing in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school/GED or specialized vocational training.
• 1+ years of experience in building and facility maintenance.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing licensing is highly desired.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance service requests including drywall, painting, carpentry, HVAC and appliances.
• Work on-call as scheduled, including weekends or events.
• Prepare vacant units rent-ready and update work orders.
• Address plumbing issues and basic repairs to maintain systems.
• Maintain grounds and ensure safety standards per OSHA and company policies.
