Job summary

Bryten is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician for their downtown Denver location. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance requests, repairs, and safety compliance. We foster an inclusive work environment that values your contributions and experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience preferred; handyman experience in renovations or repairs.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and transportation.
• Ability to read and write in English at intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Completes maintenance service requests including HVAC and general repairs.
• Assists with turnkey operations preparing vacant units.
• Complies with OSHA safety standards and company guidelines.

Skills

1+ years of experience in building and facility maintenance

Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot equipment

Organized and detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

High energy and positive attitude

Education

Completion of high school/GED or specialized vocational training

Tools

Licensing and trade certification in HVAC, Electrical Wiring, or Plumbing
