Job summary

Complete Care in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, comfortable facility for residents and staff. The role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and assisting with electrical, HVAC, and general tasks in a team-oriented environment.

You will participate in an on-call rotation every other week and contribute to a proactive, safety-focused maintenance program at the facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, and HVAC preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Long-term care or healthcare maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in the on-call rotation every other week.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintenance projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
