Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Reliable and committed to doing the right thing at all times.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrates accountability and reliability in projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests and interact with residents.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
- Inspect mechanical systems and grounds for safety issues.
- Conduct routine plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
- Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas.
