Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and code compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled work hours.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds.
• Complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of grounds, buildings, and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing work and minor electrical repairs.
