Job summary

Saratoga Group is seeking an on-site Maintenance Worker in Georgia to oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes, and to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsibilities include timely maintenance tickets, lawn care, plumbing, painting, and light electrical work.

The role requires physical endurance and the ability to operate maintenance vehicles. After-hours calls may be required.

Qualifications

• Lawn care and general maintenance duties are required.
• Plumbing knowledge including water and sewer lines.
• Painting and light electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance protocols.
• Ability to operate maintenance-related vehicles and equipment.
• Comfort with responding to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs and improvements of occupied and vacant homes.
• Ensure maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform lawn care, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical tasks.
• Operate lawn and maintenance machinery as needed.
• Report to supervisor and respond to after-hours calls.
