Related Management Company (RMC) is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep properties in optimal condition and respond to resident work requests with quality service.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. AOn-call rotations and on-site work are standard, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience; affordable housing experience preferred.
• Able to work emergency on-call rotation and lift up to 50 lbs; stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Commitment to exceed expectations and provide exceptional service.
• Willingness to work as part of a diverse team and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential maintenance to keep properties in good condition.
• Complete service requests promptly; interact with residents and management.
• Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames.
• Inspect mechanical systems and grounds; address safety issues with management.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
• Maintain safety policies, including current COVID-19 standards.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
