Wisconsin Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multiple Brookfield properties in Wisconsin. This full-time role requires plumbing, painting, drywall, HVAC, and electrical maintenance knowledge, plus a valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in maintenance, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift heavy loads and work with residents to provide quality service. Join a team committed to safety, growth, and community excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires two or more years of experience in maintenance or related area.
• Must hold a valid driver's license, have a reliable vehicle and current vehicle insurance.
• Must be available for occasional night/weekend on-call.
• Good human relations and ability to work with others.
• Must follow oral and written instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift 80–100 pounds, stand for long periods, and use both hands.
• Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, HVAC, and other residential maintenance duties.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance service and repairs in plumbing, painting, plastering, machine servicing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electrical systems or vehicle servicing.
• Complete apartment unit turnovers for new move-ins.
• Address resident service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Regularly inspect buildings, common areas and grounds.
• Paint and patch drywall as needed.
• Consult with Supervisor on major repairs or contracts.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including light landscaping.
• Attend training sessions as requested by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Uphold fair housing policies and company rules; comply with OSHA regulations.
