Pegasus Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Belle Spring Branch in Houston, TX. The role focuses on servicing residents, completing work orders, and maintaining common areas with a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Experience with or desire to learn skills such as:


• Pool maintenance, grounds
