Love's Travel Stops is hiring Maintenance Technicians to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for customers and teammates. You’ll support the manager to keep operations smooth and assist in serving customers efficiently.

No prior experience? We’ll train you. Expect hands‑on learning, a team‑oriented atmosphere, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide network of travel stops.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Customer service orientation required.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and maintenance duties as needed.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assistance, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking and service needs.
• Operate tools and equipment to maintain facility operations, including HVAC, fuel systems, & refrigeration, among others.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store/Cashier, Facility Maintenance and Leadership roles.
• Adhere to safety policies and protect customers and teammates at all times.
• Demonstrate physical stamina to move and work in different conditions.
