Job summary

Challenger Pallet is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Idaho Falls team on a full-time, swing-shift schedule. You will maintain and repair industrial equipment, troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.

No heavy welding experience required, onsite training provided. Starting pay is $28 per hour, 40 hours weekly, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of mechanical experience, not required.
• Familiarity with motors, gearboxes, and belt conveyors is an advantage.
• Welding experience is beneficial.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; forklift experience a plus.
• Team player with problem-solving skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Challenger Pallet is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly so we can continue delivering top-quality service.

While experience in mechanical work and welding is a plus, it's not a requirement. We value hands-on experience and a strong willingness to learn, and we provide onsite training to help you succeed in your role.

*This is a Swing Shift position working Monday through Friday 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM*

Key Responsibilities
