Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services in Georgia seeks an Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep our automated manufacturing lines running. You'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, conveyors and finishing systems to prevent downtime.

A technical diploma or associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field and 3–5 years hands-on experience are required; read blueprints and schematics; you’ll work with diagnostics tools and help

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing machinery.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components.
• Experience in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.

You’ll work alongside a team of skilled technicians and operators to keep production on track, prevent downtime, and troubleshoot complex systems.What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, paint/finishing systems, conveyors, etc.).Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data-driven decisions.Follow and enforce plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and proper machine guarding standards.What We’re Looking For:A technical diploma, associate degree, or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.3–5 years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery, preferably in a fast-paced or automated production environment.Solid understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components—you’re comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry — we help build it from the ground up.
