You’ll work alongside a team of skilled technicians and operators to keep production on track, prevent downtime, and troubleshoot complex systems.**What You’ll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):*** Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery (saws, routers, CNC machines, edgebanders, sanders, paint/finishing systems, conveyors, etc.).* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.* Use technical schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes.* Recommend and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.* Maintain accurate maintenance records to support data-driven decisions.* Follow and enforce plant safety policies, lockout/tagout, and proper machine guarding standards.**What We’re Looking For:*** A technical diploma, associate degree, or certification in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.* **3–5 years** of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery, preferably in a fast-paced or automated production environment.* Solid understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical components—you’re comfortable reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.**At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry — we help build it from the ground up.
