The Arizona Cardinals Football Club in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facility Operations team. This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on maintenance and janitorial services at the training center and related office facilities.

The position requires physical capability to lift 20–50 pounds, use power tools, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions. Responsibilities include prioritizing work orders, preventive maintenance, record-keeping, setup and breakdown of

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, CPO Certification preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in skilled trades or equivalent maintenance duties.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/evenings and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks at both properties.
• Maintain accurate record keeping.
• Break down and set up furniture for facility needs.
• Facilitate and assist with cleaning tasks around the facility.
• Pursue high standards of safety and OSHA compliance.
• Perform repairs on HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and life safety equipment.
• Assist with vendor oversight.
• Perform drywall repairs and painting.
• Ensure high level of detail and quality workmanship.
• Other duties as assigned.
