Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment.
• Experience with electrical panels and property lighting.
• Familiar with pool equipment and appliances in apartments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Maintain electrical panels and lighting for property.
• Inspect apartments for appearance, wear, and repairs and report to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to residents and guests.
