Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Skilled Maintenance Technician for Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township, PA. The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and occasional weekends plus rotating on-call responsibility.

Starting pay is $19.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience. The campus offers a picturesque setting and a range of wellness and lifestyle amenities for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry with two years of related experience or 5 years related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interact with residents and team members.
• Mid-level computer skills including email and web browsing.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance.
• Conduct inspections and respond to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.

Skilled Maintenance Technician – Sherwood Oaks

The Skilled Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance. This role is also responsible for conducting inspections, responding to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.

Requirements for the Skilled Maintenance Technician:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Have an associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system.
