Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and residents.
• Complete service requests timely in occupied apartments.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates properly.
• Complete work required by municipalities and building inspectors.
• Perform after-hours on-call services for maintenance emergencies.
