Responsibilities

• Carry out minor and major building maintenance repairs.
• Perform plumbing repairs and carpentry tasks.
• Paint, remodel, and repair flooring as needed.
• Complete installations and demolitions throughout the facility.
• Maintain general cleanup and organize work areas.
• Conduct equipment checklists and preventative maintenance.
• Work collaboratively in a team or with minimal supervision.
