Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Sierra Royale and Rancho de Luna communities. The role covers preventive maintenance, repairs, unit turns, and on-call needs to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have apartment maintenance experience, HVAC certification, and a pro-active, customer-focused approach to service delivery across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and repairs promptly.
• Estimate time, materials, and scope of repairs.
• Respond to maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Oversee and coordinate work by outside contractors when required.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including Fair Housing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
