Pax Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support two growing apartment communities in Tallahassee, Florida. You will troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests, perform make-readies for new residents, and help maintain the property's grounds and common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
