Radiant Asset Management of Florida is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a 60-unit apartment community in Hudson, FL. The role requires 3+ years in residential or multifamily maintenance, with solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and basic HVAC.

You will handle service requests, inspections, and vendor coordination, while staying within budget and safety standards. We value pride in quality work, respect for residents, and organizational discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfort with smartphones and mobile work orders.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC service and diagnostic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and routine maintenance promptly and to a high standard
• Log completed work orders in our smartphone-based service app
• Perform unit inspections, punch-out work, and preventative maintenance
• Schedule and coordinate vendors for unit turns, rehabs, and special projects
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents and vendors
• Help manage maintenance expenses and stay within budget
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
• Meet with third-party inspectors (insurance, code compliance, lenders) as needed

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests and routine maintenance promptly and to a high standard
• Log completed work orders in our smartphone-based service app
• Perform unit inspections, punch-out work, and preventative maintenance
• Schedule and coordinate vendors for unit turns, rehabs, and special projects

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
• Solid working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
• Comfort using a smartphone and mobile apps for work orders
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, including appliances
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a personal cell phone
• Basic HVAC service and diagnostic experience

Nice to Have

• HVAC and/or EPA certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Schedule

• Full-time, generally Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Emergency On Call (evenings and weekends) required as needed
• Overtime may be needed for emergencies, evenings, weekends, and holidays
