Evolving Solution Services seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community in Missouri. You will maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, attractive, and well‑maintained environment while delivering outstanding resident service.

Responsibilities include repairs, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, drywall and carpentry; participate in an on‑call rotation; and keep accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and general carpentry.
• EPA Certification (Universal or Type II) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
