Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Property management company has an immediate opening for a Building Maintenance Technician for their apartments in Tallahassee.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform work and all tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
2. Work independently and in groups, prioritizing tasks effectively.
3. Maintain courteous and polite conduct while performing duties.
4. Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safety policies and procedures.
5. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• 1 - 3 years of general maintenance experience.
• Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, etc.
• Ability to multi-task and perform preventative maintenance and rodding.
• Punctuality and dependability are essential.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Understanding of general construction skills related to repairs and maintenance.
• Own tools, reliable vehicle, and current Driver’s license required.
