Job summary

TRG Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our properties across multiple communities, including mid-rises, high-rises, and luxury rentals. You will handle painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, HVAC, and on-call emergency service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC, plus an EPA or CFC certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on apartment maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC.
• EPA or CFC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintaining office and property areas (painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping).
• Responsible for hands-on maintenance of the property, including inspection and general maintenance of interiors and exteriors.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems and components of equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance and records findings in maintenance log.
• On-call emergency service as required.
