The Maintenance Technician role ensures indoor/outdoor site upkeep, completes work orders, repairs, and routine maintenance to keep occupied and vacant spaces clean and functional. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in commercial property maintenance preferred.
• 2+ years experience in related trade and preventative maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance, repairs, and installations per schedule and company standards.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots problems with equipment to determine best action.
• Estimates repair costs and obtains authorization before starting work.
• Documents work legibly and submits daily.
• Coordinates with management to ensure timely scheduling and minimize callbacks.
• Travels to customer locations to complete repairs as directed.
• Recommends and explains additional repairs as appropriate.
• Finalizes repair orders with pricing information.
• Maintains customer relations in the field to support the company's image.
