• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years Commercial Property Maintenance or related maintenance experience.
• 2+ years experience in related trade.
• 2+ years experience in Preventative Maintenance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor Office, Retail, and Industrial buildings.
• Complete work orders and service requests; ensure timely repairs and turnover functions.
• Perform repairs and installations, ensuring safety and cleanliness of occupied and vacant properties.
• Travel to customer locations to complete repairs as needed.
• Document work completed clearly and submit daily.
• Build and maintain customer relations to enhance the company’s image.
