Job summary

Ellwood City Forge Group in New Castle, PA is seeking a maintenance technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair plant-wide equipment to ensure asset health, reliability, and safe operations. You will support installations and upgrades, perform calibrations, and participate in predictive and preventive maintenance programs.

The role offers a 4 on/4 off schedule with 12-hour shifts, overtime opportunities, two weeks vacation plus two personal days after probation, a strong 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years heavy industrial experience and a strong industrial electrical background.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Ability to manage a very physical job including heavy lifting and pulling.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating schedule (including 12 hour days, weekends and holidays).
• A clean criminal background investigation.
• A clean urine drug screening, performed upon offer of employment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, predictive & preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, adjustments, and routine and emergency repairs of plant-wide equipment.
• Support installation and erection of new equipment to perform major rebuilds or upgrades of existing equipment.
• Maintenance of plant infrastructure, HVAC, lighting, overhead doors, etc.

• Competitive compensation - pay range between $30.00- $36.43 plus a schedule adder of $2.60 per hour on top of your rate
