Job summary

ACE Hardware is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Sunday-Thursday shift, 6am–2:30pm, in the United States. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of machinery and building systems to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
Experience with general maintenance/electrical duties preferred.
Knowledge of conveyors systems and ability to troubleshoot.
CMMS familiarity and PM software skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive maintenance or repair to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect, operate, or test machinery, equipment, or systems to diagnose malfunctions.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, or equipment.
Inspect drives, motors, belts and replace filters or perform other maintenance actions.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
