Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure senior housing facilities remain safe, functional, and visually appealing. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, facility upkeep, and supervise junior staff, while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

The role covers routine and preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, diagnosing and repairing issues, maintaining common areas, and coordinating with leadership on maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (senior housing a plus).
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications and valid driver's license required.
• Building maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on emergency call rotation.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Schedule: 30 hours per week with full time benefits Monday-Friday-Day Shift- On Call Required.-Montly Mobile Allowance
