National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Mid Tule Village in Tulia, TX. This role oversees preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to keep senior housing facilities safe and functional.

You will supervise junior staff, handle on-call duties, and ensure compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, diagnosing issues, maintaining common areas, managing supplies, and documenting activities for leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience (senior housing a plus).
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications and valid driver’s license required.
• Building maintenance experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on emergency call rotation.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Schedule: 30 hours per week with full time benefits

Monday-Friday-Day Shift- On Call Required.-Montly Mobile Allowance

Job Summary
