Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead preventative maintenance programs for our distribution facilities in Lebanon, IN. You will oversee equipment, repairs, and upgrades for material handling systems and manage spare parts in a CMMS environment.

The role requires an electrical background, a BS in Mechanical/Facilities/Plant Management, and experience with CAD, project management, and vendor coordination. Night/weekend on-call duties apply.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities/Plant Management preferred; technical training or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and material handling systems.
• Diagnose Equipment-related issues in the Distribution Center and perform repairs as needed.
• Manage maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of Materials Handling Equipment.
• Assess efficiency of equipment and define necessary modifications.
• Manage spare parts inventory in a CMMS environment.
• Coordinate resolutions with external maintenance vendors and downtime responses.
• Configure, maintain, modify, and upgrade MHE software and hardware.
• Work with vendors on design specs and improvements.
• Solicit bids for maintenance, janitorial, snow removal, and landscape contracts.
