Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance B Technician to perform routine facility maintenance, mechanical repairs, and basic electrical work to keep operations safe and efficient. You will work independently, follow safety protocols, and complete tasks with accuracy, documenting work and applying shop math.

This on-site role requires the ability to lift/move, climb, use tools, and occasionally work overtime to meet maintenance needs.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in mechanical repair.
Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical systems.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to work independently and complete required paperwork.
Proficiency in shop math (measurements, conversions, calculations).
Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical repairs on facility equipment including motors, pumps, and conveyors.
Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs (lighting, outlets, switches).
Complete assigned maintenance tasks independently and document work performed.
Apply shop math to measure, calculate, and interpret technical specifications.
Safely operate hand and power tools, ladders, and scaffolding.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Work in confined spaces and elevated areas as required.
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.
