Job summary

Flexaust Inc. seeks a skilled maintenance technician to perform routine preventive maintenance on facilities and machinery. You will manage heating systems, air compressors, and building upkeep, while maintaining tools and logging work in the CMMS.

The role requires electrical knowledge (120/230/480V), OSHA/EPA awareness, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Indiana driver’s license and own tools are necessary.

Qualifications

• High school education and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
• Industrial maintenance background.
• Electrical knowledge (120/230/480 volts) required.
• Pass all OSHA and EPA procedures (PIV/LOTO).
• Provide your own personal hand tools.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance on buildings and machinery as required and requested.
• Operate heating system and upkeep of heating units.
• Operate and maintain air compressor, including scheduled oil changes and filter changes.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Maintain building upkeep including painting and carpentry work.
• Responsible for company owned maintenance tools.
• Utilize the CMMS work order program.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
