Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent (minimum).
• 0–2 years of maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of building maintenance principles.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills (oral and written) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with technicians to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Ensures timely and accurate completion of required paperwork.
• Uses standard issue tools and keeps work areas clean and orderly.
• Works on facility team-based goals.
• Observes safety policies and uses PPE as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
